Relational skills are caught more than taught.  Experiential knowledge brings transformation in relationships.  Group learning in a safe environment with relevant journey mates is appropriate for adult learners.

We tend to give others what we really want for ourselves.  Learn how to recognise your own relational needs and those around you in order to hit the target of care more often.

Parenting with Intimacy (beginner for parents)

Get out of the cycle of focusing on what needs to be corrected. By learning what is driving your children’s behaviour you can be proactive as a parent inspired by the uniqueness of your child. (Outline)

The Potential and Pain of Relational Needs (intermediate)

We tend to focus on behaviour that needs to change, either our own or other’s.  We are less able to change behaviour than we are able to address how alone others may be around us, which has more potential to change behaviour.

Obstacles to Intimacy (intermediate)

How can you recognise your blind spots when you are blind to them?  This workshop reveals the coping mechanisms that we have become accustomed to, even though they don’t serve us, so that we can choose connection over coping.

The Emotional Cup (intermediate)

Brain research made accessible in order to understand the things that fill our cup and spill out in ways we don’t like.  We will learn healthier responses to hurt, anger, fear, guilt and shame.

Relational Wellness Workshop (advanced for general or for couples)

Nature and nurture have shaped the way we attach and relate to others.  While these are powerful forces there are potent practices of both grieving and celebrating that can enable us to let go of the patterns that don’t serve us and to build on the ones that do.
